RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with a product you purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date to receive a refund for the full purchase price (excluding shipping).
When ordering, please choose your product shades carefully as we do not offer refunds for incorrect colour choices. We have done our best to display our product shades as accurately as possible, however, the way colours are depicted varies depending on the age and type of computer monitor you are using and slight variations are possible. If you have any questions regarding product shades, please contact us before placing your order.
Should you require a refund, simply fill out our contact us form and we will send you instructions on how to return the item. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.
We regret that we cannot accept exchanges.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping is free for all domestic orders over $75.00! For domestic orders below $75.00, we offer a flat rate of $6.60 for standard post and $9.90 for registered post.
We ship all orders via Australia Post. Once we have dispatched your order you will be sent an email to confirm that your parcel is on its way to you. If you selected registered post, you will also be provided with a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your parcel.
Do you ship internationally? How much will it cost?
Yes, we do! We offer two shipping options for international orders:
Australia Post Standard International Post – AUD $12.95
This shipping option does not provide tracking information.
Australia Post Registered International Post – AUD $22.00
This shipping option does include tracking information, which we will email to you once your order is on its way!
Please be aware that all international orders, no matter which shipping option is used, may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by local customs officials, and are the responsibility of the buyer.
My order is a gift; can you ship the goods to the recipient’s address?
Yes! Your invoice will be sent to your billing address only so the lucky recipient is not privy to the financial transaction.
How long will it take to receive my products?
We are committed to dispatching orders from our warehouse within 48 hours of us receiving payment. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
For domestic orders, please allow 5 - 10 business days for Australia Post to deliver your parcel. For international orders, please allow 7 - 21 business days.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit Card
Our credit card payments are securely processed by eWay – Australia’s leading payment gateway service. Credit cards will be charged in Australian Dollars; any applicable currency conversion fees will be charged by the card issuer.
PayPal
Completing your purchase using this option allows you to pay via credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account. There are no additional charges associated with this service.
Bank Transfer
If you would prefer not to use your credit card, you can choose to deposit the funds directly into our bank account (our bank account details will be provided upon checkout). Please note that using this option will add up to three days to the estimated shipping time. This option is not available to international customers.
